The Pisgah Covered Bridge, located in the southwestern corner of Randolph County, was constructed in 1911 for a modest sum of $40.  Measuring fifty-one feet in length, the bridge was built by J.J Welch, and was one of about sixty covered bridges in existence in the county in the 1930's.

Restored in 2004 by the NC Department of transportation, the bridge remains as one of only two left in existence in the state.  It is open free to the public daily during day-light hours.  The quiet and secluded area also has a walking trail for visitors to enjoy.
